On August 20, 2024, the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project (USAID IPSC) and the Board of Directors of VIKOHASAN Joint Stock Company organized the kick-off event of the activity “Optimizing production processes – implementing training on lean production processes” at VIKOHASAN Joint Stock Company’s factory in Ha Nam. This is a technical support activity within the framework of the IPSC Project’s Pioneer Enterprise Support Program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Department of Enterprise Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment is the project owner.
Through this technical support activity, IPSC hopes to help VIKOHASAN optimize the production process, thereby improving productivity and quality through standardization, streamlining the production process, improving quality and safety according to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, helping to increase labor productivity, reduce the rate of waste products at the production stage and build a safe production environment.
